ER Plumbing LLC uses the information you submit to understand your plumbing needs, respond to your request, discuss estimates and coordinate service.

What the request form collects

Your name, phone number, optional email and property address, city, preferred contact method, service needs, urgency and the project details you choose to provide. We also record the time of your request and your request-specific permission to be contacted.

Where your request goes

Your submitted details are stored using our website hosting provider and are available in ER Plumbing’s owner-only lead inbox. They are not displayed publicly. ER Plumbing may record details you provide by phone or text in the same inbox.

Billing and customer records

When ER Plumbing creates a bill, we store the customer name, contact details, service address, description of work, amount due and any uploaded invoice PDF. Billing and service requests can be linked to customer records. Your bill is accessible only through its private invoice link and access code. Anyone holding that link can view the bill, so keep it private.

Payments are handled on Square’s website. We store payment references, amounts and confirmation status, not card or bank account details. For manually attached Square links, ER Plumbing confirms completed payment in Square before recording it here. Automated confirmation may be used when a verified Square connection is configured.

Contact permission

The form asks for permission to respond about your service inquiry. It does not enroll you in unrelated marketing messages. Calling or texting directly does not automatically create a contact record through this website.

Security and spam prevention

The site uses validation and submission limits to reduce spam. A hashed network identifier may be stored for abuse prevention. No advertising trackers or third-party advertising pixels have been added to this site.

Your choices

Call 205-541-1269 to request access to, correction of or removal of your inquiry information, or to ask us to stop following up. We may need to verify your identity before changing a customer record. Please do not include payment card numbers, identification documents or other sensitive information in the form.

Urgent problems

Online requests are not monitored continuously. Call to check availability for urgent plumbing help. Submitting the form does not confirm a scheduled appointment.
